How do I book an appointment?
Choose Natural, Soft or Full Glam, read the booking information, then pay the $20 deposit through Stripe’s secure checkout. Your appointment is confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Is the deposit refundable?
The $20 deposit is non-refundable and is applied toward your remaining balance. With at least 24 hours’ notice, it can be transferred to a new appointment one time.
How do I pay the rest?
The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment. Gemima accepts Cash, Zelle and Cash App.
What if I’m running late?
There is a 10-minute grace period. After that, a $10 late fee applies for every additional 10 minutes, and arrivals 30 minutes late or more may be cancelled.
What if I want something adjusted?
Please say so before you leave your appointment. Your satisfaction matters, and Gemima wants you to love your makeup.
